7 Miles to Kingston
7 Miles to Kingston is your gateway to Hudson Valley’s history and natural beauty. This 300-year-old Colonial Stone House was fully restored with lots of love and attention to the details that preserve its historic identity, while also being appointed with comfortable modern conveniences for today’s guests to enjoy.
Guests are greeted by a panoramic view of the Catskills, as well as our saltwater swimming pool, a patio and sun chairs for relaxing, and a fully-functioning BBQ gas/charcoal grill for use during warmer months. The house boasts many delightful features, but perhaps its most unique is our brand-new outdoor Barrel Sauna, an incredibly rejuvenating off-grid wood-burning sauna surrounded by lush apple trees.
Guests are encouraged to explore our six acres of land, which include two barns and direct access to Esopus Creek, which winds through the adjacent nature preserve and onto the far end of our property. Esopus Creek is an incredible spot to spend time with company, or to go fishing or kayaking.
We invite you to experience the rejuvenation and inspiration of the Hudson Valley and the Catskills in one of its oldest and grandest stone houses.
