About The Wedding & Event Venue 

7M2K's wedding & event venue has a panoramic view of upstate New York's Catskill Mountains. The 240-year-old stone house with its surrounding picturesque landscape creates a beautiful backdrop for any kind of celebration. We work closely with a carefully hand-selected creative team of chefs, interior designers, event planners, and DJs to make your event a seamless, memorable experience.

THE 7M2K WEDDING & EVENT VENUE INCLUDES

• 1,200-square-foot barn and surrounding outdoor space, including the waterfront of the Esopus Creek

• Space for up to 120 people

• Existing decorations, including lighting and motorized disco ball (decorations may be changed if need be)

• Eight 8-foot wooden tables and benches

• Additional 16 8-foot benches for ceremony set up.

• Sound system that can accommodate any phone or computer

• Gravel space adjacent to the event barn overlooking the creek can be used open with a fire cauldron or tented if desired

• On-site parking for 20 cars

• 3 Stall luxury bathroom trailer

PRICING

WEDDINGS:

• 7M2K event venue can host up to 120 people for your event (including vendors)

• You can bring your own wedding coordinator or we can provide you with our venue coordinator

•We have a suggested vendor booklet available, including overnight stay options for your guests

*All package fees now include a 3 stall bathroom trailer rental for the duration of the event!

• The basic fee for weddings: up to 120 people - 6500 USD and includes a 2-person overnight stay at our tiny house rental.

• The basic fee for weddings with up to 70 people (including staff) - 5000 USD and includes a 2-person overnight stay at our tiny house rental.

• The basic fee for weddings up to 40 people (including staff) - 4000 USD and includes a 2-person overnight stay at our tiny house rental.

OTHER EVENTS YOU CAN HOST AT 7M2K:

7M2K is a very suitable location for a multitude of smaller events: rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, BBQs, corporate events…

• The basic fee for events is 500 USD/hour for a minimum of 5 hours. *
